摘　　要：借鉴日本大地震后重建规划的经验,总结了日本防灾对策的主要内容及特点。针对我国城市防灾体系的不足.提出我国城市必须建立完整的避难空间系统。充分发挥公园绿地的避难功能.建立防灾应急体系,做好日常防灾准备工作。This article analyzes the experience of planning after large earthquake in Japan discussing the content, character of the disaster-prevention system and the revelation for our country, Finally it preposed that eur cities must establish completely disaster-prevention and emergency system, fully using the green space＇s seeking asylum function,at the same time complete the daity disaster preparedness.
