摘　　要：当前旅游业迅猛膨胀趋势对旅游地的生态环境造成了严重的威胁,探究旅游业发展生态安全的预警和制约,保障旅游规划的健康实施,是现实发展的需要。为了探讨一种基于旅游业生态安全的规划编制模式,运用生态足迹分析方法,分析旅游规划中的生态约束机制必要性,提出了从生态足迹分析角度进行旅游规划的思路与操作模型。The rapid expansion of current tourism has become a serious threat to the environment in the tourism destination The needs are urgent to explore early warning and restraint mechanisms of ecologicar security and promote the implementation of tourism planning In order to explore a planning mode based on ecological security, the ecological footprint analysis was used to analyze necessary condition of restraint mechanisms.The idea of tourism planning and operating models were put forward from the perspective of ecological footprinl analysis.
