摘 要:利用乳液聚合法制备了聚丙烯腈-甲基丙烯酸甲酯[P(AN—MMA)],采用原位复合以及倒相法制备了复合SiO2的P(AN-MMA)共聚物微孔膜,用电解液增塑制备了P(AN-MMA)凝胶电解质。P(AN-MMA)膜的孔径为1~5μm,孔隙率为70%,热稳定性良好。与未复合SiO2的膜相比,原位复合SiO2的P(AN-MMA)膜的拉伸性能有所改善。以LiFePO4为工作电极、锂片为对电极与原位复合SiO2的P(AN-MMA)凝胶电解质组装的扣式电池,首次循环的放电比容量为148.2mAh/g,放电效率为84.4%;第95次循环.的放电比容量为132.2mAh/g,容量保持率为89.2%。P(acrylonitrile-methyl methaerylate)[P(AN-MMA)] was synthesized by emulsion polymerization method. The P(AN- MMA) copolymer microporous membrane composited SiO2 was prepared by in situ composition and phase inversion methods. The P(AN-MMA) gel electrolyte was obtained by soaking with electrolyte. The porous size of this membrane was 1 - 5 μm, the porosity was 70%, the thermal stability was fine. Compared with the membrane without eomposited SiO2, the tensile performance of this membrane in situ composited SiO2 was improved. The button cell with LiFePO4 as working electrode, lithium tablet as counter electrode and the P(AN-MMA) gel electrolyte in situ composited SiO2 was assembled. Its specific discharge capacity and discharge efficiency at the initial cycle were 148.2 mAh/g and 84.4%. The specific discharge capacity was 132.2 mAh/g and the capacity retention was 89.2% at the 95th cycle.
