摘  要:研究了Cu含量(x)对低钴贮氢合金MlNi4.0-xCo0.4Mn0.3Al0.3Cux(x=0、0.1、0.2、0.3和0.4)动力学性能的影响。随着x的增大,合金电极的放电比容量和高倍率放电能力减小。随着x从0增加到0.4,合金电极的活化次数从2次增加到13次;电荷转移电阻从0.40Ω增加到0.94Ω;交换电流从293.1 mA/g减少到214.0 mA/g;极限电流由3 071.6 mA/g降低到992.0 mA/g。电位阶跃结果显示,随着x的增加,合金电极内部的氢扩散系数降低。The effects of Cu content ( x ) on the kinetic performance of low-Co hydrogen storage alloy MlNi4.0-xCo0.4 Mn0.3Al0.3 Cux (x = 0, 0.1,0.2,0.3 and 0.4) were investigated. With the increasing of x, the specifie discharge capacity and high rate discharge ability decreased. With x increased from 0 to 0.4, the activation amounts of the alloy electrodes increased from 2 times to 13 times,the charge-transfer resistance increased from 0.40 Ω to 0.94 Ω; the exchange eurrent decreased from 293.1 mA/g to 214.0 mA/g; the limited current decreased from 3 071.6 mA/g to 992.0 mA/g. The result of potential step showed that the hydrogen diffusion coefficient in the alloy electrodes decreased with the increasing of x.
