摘　　要：在对江西省城镇生活垃圾处理设施建设、管理等方面进行全面调查的基础上,从目前垃圾处理设施在建设、运营、管理中存在问题入手,通过对城镇垃圾处理设施分散建设和组团建设的投资、运营等方面的比较,提出了组团规划模式概念及组团原则,得出了组团建设垃圾处理场可节约投资、节省运行费、管理规范化、提高环保效益的结论。Aiming at the problems existing in the present construction, operation and management of refuse treatment facilities, the paper puts forward the concept and principle of centralized-management construction on the basis of the overall investigations on the construction and management of domestic refuse treatment facilities in cities and towns in Jiangxi province and through the comparisons of investments and operations between centralized-management construction and decentralized-management construction, and concludes that the centralized-management construction of refuse treatment facilities can cut down investment, save operating cost, standardize management and improve impact to environment.
