摘　　要：面对当前边检工作的新形势和新挑战.在完善和优化边检门户网站计算机技术、网络技术和高新科技发展的基础上,进一步深化边检服务理念,借助电子政务平台,研究边检服务文化与公共关系的特点,积极探索当前在电子政务环境下构建边检服务新模式,是上海边检机关构建和谐边检、促进边检服务文化建设发展的需求,也是边检机关面临的一个新课题。With the development and reform of exit - entry frontier inspection work, the public security organs of exit- entry frontier inspection station should deepen the service concept and explore ways of service model in exit- entry frontier inspection work under the e - government circumstances based on the advanced techniques of computer and networks. At the same time, it is a new issue to set up the e-government system for exit-entry frontier inspection organs.
