摘  要:以30个无锡水蜜桃栽培品种为试材,在同一立地和栽培管理条件下,通过与其他水蜜桃的主要物候期、叶片性状、果实经济性状、果实精细甜酸风味性状的比较分析发现,无锡水蜜桃具有物候期稍早,叶片大而长,果实大,蔗糖、果糖含量较高,糖酸比高,果实硬度较低等特点。通过甜酸风味精细评价发现,无锡水蜜桃中新白花、锡蜜、大红花具有较高的蔗糖含量,新白花、大湖景、晚白花具有较高的果糖含量,而中湖景、大红花、薄皮朝晖具有较高的糖酸比,综合栽培学特性,认为这些种质将是南方桃栽培利用或遗传育种的优异种质资源。Thirty varieties of Wuxi peach, as well as other peaches conserved in national peach germplasm repository of Nanjing, were appraised for the phenophase, leaves, fruit economic interested traits and sweet flavor detected by HPLC. It was found that the population of Wuxi juicy peach had the character of little bit earlier phenophase, bigger and longer leaves, bigger fruit size, more sucrose and fructose content, higher sugar/sour ratio and less fruit firmness compared to other peach population under in the same climate, soil condition and similar management. Xinbaihua, Ximi and Dahonghua were the first three varieties which have highest sucrose content, while Xinbaihua, Dabujin and Wanbaihua had highest fructose content in order, the highest sugar/sour ratio were appeared in Zhonghujin, Dahonghua and Baopizhaohui. These varieties could be selected as excellent germplasms considering for their good habits in culture and also fruit economic interested traits.
