TACE联合^(125)I放射性粒子植入术治疗肝癌临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肝动脉栓塞化疗术(TACE)联合125I放射性粒子植入术治疗肝癌的可行性和临床疗效。方法经CT或DSA证实为肝癌,本研究将患者随机分成两组,研究组患者采用125I粒子和TACE术,对照组患者采用单纯TACE术,术后随访6~12个月分别对两组患者观察分析肿块大小、AFP指标变化及患者的生存时间,分析单纯应用TACE术和联合应用125I放射性粒子内照射治疗肝癌效果。结果术后随访6~12个月,计算两组的有效率百分比及对两组数据进行统计学检查,有临床统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论TACE术与125I放射性粒子联合治疗原发性肝癌可以明显使肿瘤体积缩小,AFP降低,患者生存时间延长,是一种治疗原发性肝癌的安全、可靠、有效的方法。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of TACE and CT-guided ^125I seeds implantation together in treating HCC.Methods HCC had been confirmed by CT or DSA.The research set sufferers two sets at random,A and B.A set applied the TACE and B applied the TACE and CT-guided ^125I seeds implantation together.After the operation 6～12 months,CT and biochemical indicator were followed to check and analysis the tumor physical volume of variety,AFP index sign variety and the sufferers＇ livetime.Analysising the TACE alone and the both method efficacy in treating HCC.Results After operation 6～12 months the efficacy rate of two sets and these data had been tested by statistics（P〈0.01）which has the statistics meaning.Conclusion TACE and ^125I seeds implantation together can make the tumor diminish and biochemical indicator depress and the live time extensition,TACE and ^125I seeds implantation together in treating liver malignant tumor is a safe,reliability and effective method.
