摘 要:研究对比多种钠化剂对膨润土的钠化效果,确定钠基阳离子交换树脂为适宜的钠化剂.通过正交实验优化得出实验条件为:土浆质量分数为2%,膨润土与阳离子交换树脂m(土)∶m(树脂)=1∶0.43,交换时间120 min,加热温度100℃,制得的钠基膨润土收率为73.25%.The effect of sodium cationic exchange of calcium based bentonite with using several different kinds of sodium cationic exchange agent was studied. It was determined that sodium cationic exchange resin is most suitable for the purpose. The optimium experimental conditions were determined through orthogonal experiment. They are the soil slurry concentration is 2 %, the mass ratio of bentonite to sodium cationic exchange resin is 1 : 0.43, the exchange time is 120 min, and heating temperature is 100 ℃. The yield of Na-montmorillonite is 73.25 %.
