端面密封螺旋焊管水压试验机的结构设计

摘　　要：根据材料力学及机械设计理论关于材料拉伸与剪切强度的论述,并参考螺旋焊管生产工艺,重新设计水压试验机左右机架拉伸梁的位置与数量,轻化其结构.结果表明:在重新设计了水压试验机的结构后,生产成本降低40%,单根焊管打压试验时间缩短近2 min,生产效率明显提高,达到了用户要求.On the base of the strength of materials, fundament of mechanics and the technology of welding tube, the design of crossbeams, which are fixed on each side of Hydraulic press, was improved and this machine＇s structure was optimised. Result indicated that this inprovement decreases the production cost by 40 96, saves 2 min test time and increases the efficiency. This design can meet the demands of users.
