摘　　要：多媒体电子地图集信息类型丰富、易于使用,在众多行业中都有较好的应用前景。然而,多媒体电子地图集的开发过程涉及多方面知识,具有一定的实现难度。讨论了如何从底层开发出一个多媒体电子地图集的集成平台软件,并给出了开发思路和实现方法。实践表明,该平台功能齐全,界面美观,操作简单,能满足不同层次用户的需要,并取得了预期的应用价值。The multimedia electronic atlas are abundant in information types and easy to use, these advantages make multimedia electronic atlas very popular in many fields. However, developing a multimedia electronic atlas needs wide knowledge and technologies, so the work is quite difficult. In this article, the author discusses how to develop a multimedia electronic atlas platform, and gives the development thinking and some methods in practice. Practice enunciate that the platform have the advantages of complete function, beautiful interface and operating simply, wlich can satisfy different layer customer＇s demand, and obtain anticipative applied value.
