德国森林经营与林木良种建设的经验及启示

摘　　要：本文介绍了德国林业基本情况、森林经营政策和林木种子的科学采集与贮藏、种苗的集约化生产等林木良种建设的经验。这些经验对我国在森林政策制定、修订和实施等方面,具有重要的启示作用,值得我们学习和借鉴。This paper experiences in seeds and intensive management summarizes our tour study on Germany＇ s forestry in its basic forestry policies, seedlings management. We report what we learned in seed collection and storage and of seedlings . These experiences play the role of enlightenment for China＇ s forestry policies in the aspects of legislation, amendment and implement. We offer recommendations on forestry policies in China.
