摘　　要：目的:探讨疼痛门诊应用局麻药及镇痛药副作用的预防方法。方法:临床总结近万例患者应用神经阻滞疗法及麻醉性镇痛药治疗急慢性疼痛的经验和安全措施。结果:通过控制局麻药浓度和剂量,麻醉性镇痛药伍用适当剂量的拮抗剂可以达到预防并发症的目的。结论:我院治疗慢性疼痛的方法安全可靠。Objective： To discuss the methods for preventing side effects of the local anesthetics and the analgesics used in pain clinic. Methods： We summarized the experiences and safety measures for pain treatment using nerve blocks, the local anesthetics and the analgesics of near ten thousands outpatients. Results： The side effects and eomplications could be prevented by controlling the concentration and dosage of local anesthetics, and associating the analgesics with some antagonists. Conclusion： The methods of pain treatment in our hospital are safe and credible.
