摘　　要：伴随金融一体化进程,寿险经营与金融市场的联动效应日益明显,研究退保风险管理既要联系金融环境变化,也要反思内部管理缺陷,只有这样,相关管理对策才能有的放矢,防患于未然。The domino effect of life insurance management and financial market is becoming more and more apparent with the progress of financial integration. Study of insurance withdrawal risk should connect change of financial environment as well as consider defects of internal management system. Only in this way, can relevant management measures be effective.
