摘 要:目的观察盐酸戊乙奎醚注射液(长托宁)联合氯解磷定对混配农药中毒心脏毒性治疗保护作用。方法选取成年健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、染毒非治疗组、6、12和24 h治疗组。实验结束后留取动物血清冻存待检测,同时留取部分心、肺组织做病理检查。结果染毒非治疗组大鼠病死率为100%,治疗组大鼠全部存活,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。染毒非治疗组大鼠血清AST、α-HBDH、LDH、CK、CK-MB和cTnI分别为(510.8±27.98)、(619.2±28.91)、(1376.4±58.05)、(1603.6±42.67)、(1167±180.9)U/L和(2.860±0.097)ng/ml,较对照组明显升高(P<0.01),而治疗组各时段血清天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶和cTnI明显低于染毒非治疗组(P<0.01)。染毒非治疗组大鼠血清CHE较对照组明显降低(P<0.01),而各治疗组各时段大鼠血清CHE活力明显高于染毒非治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组各时段大鼠血清CHE活力低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。染毒非治疗组、各时段治疗组和对照组大鼠血清脑钠素差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论长托宁联合氯解磷定对混配农药中毒心脏毒性具有较好的治疗保护作用。Objective To observe the protective effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride combined with pralidoxime chloride on cardiotoxicity induced by mixed pesticides. Methods All 50 healthy adult Wistar rats were randomizedly assigned into normal control group, mixed pesticides group, 6 h treatment group, 12 h treatment group, 24 h treatment group. Serum aspartate aminotansferase( AST), α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase ( α-HBDH), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase ( CK), MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase (CK-MB), cardia Troponin I(cTnI), cholinesrerase(CHE) and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) were detected at the end of experiment. Results The mixed pesticides group animals were died within six hours. None died in treatment groups and control group. The serum AST, α-HBDH,LDH,CK,CK-MB and cTnI of mixed pesticides group were 510.8 ± 27.98 U/L,619.2 ± 28.91 U/L,1 376.4± 58.05 U/L,1 603.6 ± 42.67 U/L,1 167 ± 180.9 U/L and 2.860 ± 0.097 ng/ml and were higher than those of control group( P 〈 0.01). The serum AST,α-HBDH, LDH, CK, CK-MB and cTnI of treatment groups were lower than those of mixed pesticides group( P 〈 0.01 ). The serum CHE of mixed pesticides group was 117.6 ± 33.89 U/L and was lower than that of control group( P 〈 0.01). The serum CHE levels of treatment groups were higher than that of paraquat group. The serum CHE levels of treatment groups were lower than that of mixed pesticides group. Conclusion The heart protection of penehyclidine hydrochloride combinde with pralidoxime chloride is effective on mixed pesticides peisioning.
