摘  要:本文采用活性染料特征值S、E、F、R(S-直接性值,E-吸尽值,F-固色值,R-固色速率)来判断适用于低盐染色的活性染料类型,选择双活性基型活性染料,按一定工艺处方,浸染纯棉织物,测定不同S值活性染料的固色率随电解质盐用量的变化情况。分别对特征值高、中、低的三类染料进行低盐染色实验,实验表明,中等S值的活性染料适合进行低盐染色,其固色率较高,盐用量可降为常规用量的1/4~1/3,浴比为1∶10,其中以无水硫酸钠与柠檬酸钠1:2复配作促染剂时效果最佳。According to the S ( substantivity), E ( % of exhaustion), F ( % of fixation) and R ( rate of fixation) values of reactive dyes, three different types dyes were chosen in the experiment. Three types dyes whose value are high, middle and low were dyed by low salt dyeing process. The conclusion has been drawn that the Value S, E, F, R which is middle are fitting for low salt dyeing. Its fixation is about 70%. The salt dosage is 1/4 - 1/3. The best liquor ratio is 1 : 10. The mixture of anhydrous sodium sulfate and sodium citrate is the best on condition that the ratio of their dosage is 1 : 2.
