摘 要:在CLT酸生产中,为了使废酸和酸性废盐水对环境的污染减少到最低程度,采取了如下的措施:(1)与使用过量硫酸相反,磺化反应是在过量甲苯的存在下进行,同时用共沸蒸馏方法移出了磺化过程中产生的水。磺化反应结束,蒸馏除去过量甲苯,加入少量硫酸;(2)按传统方法进行氯代和硝化之后,和传统的盐析或酸析方法相反,直接将硝化物用碳酸钠进行中和;(3)移除副产品和硫酸氢钠后,循环使用了85~90%酸性废盐溶液,剩余的酸性废盐溶液和煤掺在一起烧掉,从而没有废盐溶液排放。因此,本工艺和传统工艺相比不仅具有高CLT酸收率和低成本的优点,而且是亲环境的。In order to minimize the pollution of the environment with waste acids and/or waste acidic salt solution, following measures were taken: ( 1 ) Instead of using excess sulfuric acid, sulfonation reaction was carried out in the presence of excess toluene and the wa- ter produced during the sulphonation was removed by azeotropic distillation. After sulfonation the excess toluene was removed by distil- lation and small amount of sulfuric acid was added; (2) After chlorination and nitration using traditional method, contrary to the traditional method of salt out or acid out process, the product of nitration was direedy neutralized with sodium carbonate; ( 3 ) After removing most of byproduct and sodium bisulfate, 85 -90% of waste acidic salt solution was recycled, and remaining solution was burnt off together with coal, so that practically there was no waste salt solution to drain off. Therefore, this process was not only superior to the traditional process in high CLT-Acid yield and low production cost, but also friendly to the environment.
