摘　　要：介绍的三相异步电机正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)变频调速系统以80C196MC单片机为核心构成控制单元,具有位置反馈、速度反馈、电流反馈三闭环结构,通过电流反馈及模糊PID算法处理偏差数据,以较低的成本实现三相交流电机连续控制。应用80C196MC芯片内置软、硬件功能使变频调速系统的响应速度、稳定性和可操作性显著提高,软件策略可获得更优的控制性能,并且电机动态工作参数可控制,易于调整,有效减小了电机起动时的电流冲击,使控制精度显著提高。Three-phase AC induction motor SPWM variable frequency speed regulation system that regard 80C196MC single-chip computer as core commit the control module was introduced. Having three close ring structures of the position feedbacks, the speed feedbacks, and the electric current feedbacks. Through the electric current feedback with FUZZY-PID algorithm punish deviation datum, realizing the three-phase AC motor continuous control with lower cost. Employ 80C196MC buih-in function to make the response speed, stability and effectiveness of the variable frequency speed regulation system improve notably. The tactics of software earn control performance more fine. And the dynamic working parameters of the motor could be control, easy to adjust. Then the motor start with smooth, run steadily, and the assault of the electric current reduced effectively when the motor be started, meanwhile the control precision improve obviously.
