摘　　要：信息安全是电子政务能否顺利建设和运行的关键,解决电子政务信息安全问题已经刻不容缓。本文分析了我国电子政务信息安全的现状和问题,并借鉴国际上的成功经验,提出了完善我国电子政务信息安全立法的建议和对策。The information security is the key to construct and operate a successful E-government; the issue to solve the information security orE-government is at stake. This paper analyzes the present condition and problems of our country＇s E- government information security, draw on the successful experience of foreign countries, and propose the suggestions and countermeasures of the legislation of electronic government information security.
