摘　　要：针对矿山巷道支护用U型钢调质热处理,研制了U型钢调质热处理生产线。该生产线主要由上料机构、传输系统、导向机构、中频淬火加热系统、喷水冷却装置、回火炉、下料机构等部分组成。在设计过程中采取了一些技术措施,使淬火和回火加热温度均匀,淬火冷却速度一致,保证了调质热处理效果。试验证明:该生产线具有自动化程度高、操作简单方便、处理后工件的力学性能好等特点,可以广泛地应用于U型钢的调质热处理。U型钢调质热处理生产线具有很好的应用价值和推广前景。Considering the quenched-tempered heat treatment of U-shaped steels in the mine workings supports and protections, the production line of quenched-tempered heat treatment for U- shaped steels was developed. The production line consists of feed mechanism, transmission system, guide mechanism, intermediate frequency quenching heating system, water cooling device, tempering furnace, fall mechanism parts and other components. In the design process, has in order to guarante the quenching and tempering heat treatment effect some technical measures are adopted to cause the U-shaped steel quenehing and tempering heating temperature uniform and quenching cooling rate consistent. The test results indicate that the production line has a high automation level, simple operate, good mechanical properties of workpieces after heat treatment , it can be widely used in the quenched-tempered heat treatment of U-shaped steels. The quenched-tempered heat treatment production line of U-shaped steels has very good application value and popularization.
