摘　　要：针对母婴传播的4大途径对孕产妇进行严格的产前检查和尽量采取自然的分娩方式,同时对分娩时所使用的产包、器械、分泌物进行处理,环境以及医务人员的临床分娩中手进行消毒,并进行疫苗的接种等,以有效阻断母婴传播和控制医院感染。Based on the four major ways of mother--infant vertical transmission,strict prepartum examinations were carried out for gravida. And they were accepted spontaneous delivery as far as possible. At the same time, the breathing bags, apparatus and secretion during delivery had been handled. Environment and hands of medical staffs in delivery were disinfected, so as to stop the mother- infant vertical transmission and to control hospital infection effectively.
