摘　　要：[目的]探讨脑干肿瘤术后并发症的观察与护理。[方法]回顾性分析8例脑干占位性病变病人行手术治疗的临床资料。[结果]本组病人术后发生肺部感染7例,消化道应激性溃疡7例,中枢性高热4例,感染性高热6例;临床治愈6例,好转1例,死亡1例。[结论]加强脑干肿瘤病人术后并发症的观察与护理可提高手术成功率,减少术后并发症的发生。Objective： To probe into observation and nursing care of postoperanve complications of patients with brain stem tumor after undergoing operation. Methods： Clinical data of eight patients with space--occupying lesion in brain stem undergoing operation were analyzed retrospectively. Results： Seven cases had developed pulmonary infection after operation in this group. Another seven cases had complicated with digestive tract stress ulcer. Four cases had complicated with central high fever. Six cases had developed infectious high fever. Six cases were clinically healing. One case was improved and a case died. Conclusion： To strengthen the observation and nursing care of postoperative complications of patients with brain stem tumor after undergoing operation can enhance achievement ratio of operation and decrease postoperative complications for them.
