摘　　要：《军人思想道德修养与法律基础》是一门对当代军校学员进行系统的思想道德教育的课程，帮助青年学员树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观，引导学员立身做人，完善人格，成为适应人民军队现代化建设需要的德才兼备、全面发展的革命军人有着不可替代的作用，具有鲜明的政治性、严格的规范性、很强的实践性。因而，为了更好地发挥这门课程思想政治教育主渠道主阵地的作用，必须依据时代的要求和教学的规律而不断创新教学内容、思维模式和教学方法。＂Serviceman Thought Morals Tutelage And Legal Foundation＂ are one carry on the system to the present age cadet the thought moral education curriculum , helps the youth student to set up the correct world outlook , the outlook on life, the values, guides the student to set up the body personhood,the perfect personality Tbecomes adapts the people＇s army modernization to need the function which has both ability and integrity,the full scale development revolutionary soldier has cannot be substituted, has the bright political nature,the strict standards,the very strong practicality. Thus,in order to displays this curriculum thought political education main irrigation channel Daoist priest position well the function,but must innovates unceasingly based on the time request and the teaching rule the course content,the thought pattern and the teaching method.
