长株潭“两型社会”建设改革试验中的三个基本问题

摘　　要：长株潭城市群"两型社会"建设综合配套改革试验对推动全国体制改革,实现科学发展、推进我国生态文明建设、促进中部崛起和地区协调发展以及加快湖南富民强省步伐有着重大的战略意义。围绕"两型社会"建设,开展体制创新、发展模式创新、建设路径创新,提升长株潭城市群的发展水平,是综合配套改革试验的主要任务。在综合配套改革试验过程中,要坚持解放思想、科学谋划、精心组织、加强协调、完善政策。Construction and reform of ＂Two- oriented Society＂ of the city group of Chang-Zhu-Tan is of strategic siginficanee to promote the whole national institution reform, pursue development in a scientific way, promote ccoglogical civilisation, boost the development of the central region, promote balanced development among regions and accelerate the step of enriching the people and strengthen the province in Hunan. For building ＂Two -oriented Society＂, the main task is to promote the innovation of system,developing modes and construction way, promote the development level of the city group of Chang-Zhu-Tan. In the process of construction and reform, we should persist in emancipating the mind,planning in science, organizing meticulously , strengthening the coordination, perfecting the policy.
