长株潭城市群中心城市作用分析——基于大长沙都市区整合的视角

摘　　要：无论是从长沙所处的地理环境看,还是从长沙的综合经济实力看,长沙都肩负着带动长株潭城市群和整个湖南发展乃至中部崛起的历史重任。但长沙要在长株潭城市群发展中发挥好城市群中心城市应有的作用,还必须尽快实现城市结构转型,明确城市的战略定位,特别是要在做好做大做强自身的基础上,整合邻近的株洲和湘潭,形成大长沙都市区。从而使其真正成为长株潭城市群发展的核心战略空间,成为国家空间发展战略的新的经济增长极。Either considering from the geographic location or from the comprehensive economic strength, Changsha is undertaking a heavy task of driving the development of city group of Chang-Zhu-Tan and the rising of central China. Changsha cannot play its function as the central city of city group of Chang-Zhu-Tan unless accelerating the pace of urban structure transformation, making clear the urban strategic positioning, integrating the neighboring Zhuzhou and Xiangtan city and forming the ＂Great Changsha＂ metropolitan region. The above efforts will dramatically make Changsha become the core - strategic space of city group of Chang-Zhu-Tan, and be a new economic growth pole of national spatial development strategy.
