摘　　要：通过调查,分析了高校教师需要心理的现状和时代特征,指出高校教师管理应从教师需要时代特征出发,切实改进行政管理能力和水平,优化环境完善政策,关注教师健康,缓解教师压力,从而提高管理的实效性。Abstract： This article analyzes the mental need and time characteristics of higher education faculty by questionnaires. It indicates that the university management should pay attention to the mental need of the time characteristics of higher education faculty. It should improve administrator ability and level, optimize environment and policy, lay emphasis on teachers＇ health, and relieve their press. Then it can improve the university management validly.
