摘 要:目的研究3种主要挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)甲醛、甲苯和二甲苯对SD大鼠胚胎肢芽细胞的联合毒性作用。方法将肢芽细胞分别暴露于不同浓度的甲醛、甲苯和二甲苯及3种挥发性有机化合物的混合溶液中。采用四甲基偶氮噻唑蓝(MTT)法分别检测对肢芽细胞的半数抑制浓度(IC50)。结果作用5d后,甲醛、甲苯和二甲苯对肢芽细胞的IC50分别为10.41、45.58、37.12mg/L,3种物质混合液的IC50为26.51。Q值为1.07。结论甲醛、甲苯和二甲苯均有明显的细胞毒性,3种物质的联合毒性类型为相加作用。Objective To study the combined cytotoxicity of volatile organic compounds formaldehyde, toluene and dimethylbenzene on rat limb bud cells. Method Rat limb bud cells were exposed to various concentrations of formaldehyde, toluene, dimethylbenzene and their mixture for 5 days. 50 % inhibition concentration (IC50) was determined using methylthiazoletrazolium reduction assay (MTT). Result The ICs0 of formaldehyde, toluene, dimethylbenzene and their mixture was 10.41, 45.58, 37.12 and 26.51 mg/L, respectively. The Q value was 1.07. Conclusion Formaldehyde, toluene and dimethylbenzene have an obvious cytotoxicity on the limb bud cells. The mixture containing formaldehyde, toluene and dimethylbenzene was only found to exert an additive effect.
