摘　　要：阐述了基于软总线技术的业务测控系统平台的基本概念和总体结构,对平台各组成部分的功能、组成和用途进行了详细分析;选用适合的中间件产品搭建基础平台。对业务测控系统中构件进行分层设计,开发原型软件实现业务测控系统核心应用;通过业务流程变更和测控站接入试验,验证基于"软总线+软构件"架构的原型测控系统具备的快速重构特性。对该基础平台的应用前景做了展望。The basic concept and structure of payload TT＆C system platform based on software bus technology are introduced. The function, structure and use of every part constituting the platform are analyzed in detail, and the suitable middleware products are chosen to build the platform. The component of payload TT＆C system is designed into layers, and the core application is implemented by the developed prototype software ; the fast reconfigurable characteristic of the TT＆C system prototype based on software bus and software component is validated in experimentation. Finally, the application future of platform is introduced.
