摘　　要：随着数字信息技术和网络技术的高速发展,嵌入式系统设计已经成为目前蓬勃发展的行业之一。由于FPGA嵌入式处理器具有体积小、功耗低、集成度高、能与FPGA内部逻辑紧密结合的优势,它必将引领嵌入式系统设计的新潮流。基于Xilinx公司Virtex-IV系列FPGA平台,在其内嵌PowerPC405处理器上构建Vxworks操作系统平台,通过与传统嵌入式处理平台的比较说明该平台的特点和优势。详细阐述了系统软硬件协同设计方法和平台构建过程。With the rapid development of digital information network technology, the embedded system design becomes one of the blossoming areas. Due to its advantages of low volume, low power, high integration and tight combination with FPGA inner logic, embedded FPGA processor leads the field in embedded system design. Based on the platform of Virtex-Ⅳ series FPGA of Xilinx, building Vxworks operating system on the PowerPC405 proeessor, the paper presents the characters and superiority of the platform in comparison with conventional embedded processing platform. In the end, the design method of joint development of software and hardware and constructing process of platform is discussed in detail.
