摘 要:研究了大薸和海芋对池塘水中氨氮(NH3-N)和化学需氧量(CODCr)的去除作用。结果显示,两种植物对NH3-N均有明显的去除效果。曝气条件下,处理3d后,NH3-N的去除率分别达99.19%和99.11%,净去除率分别为70.51%和70.44%。非曝气条件下,两种植物对NH3-N的去除率也很高。经大薸处理4d后,NH3-N的去除率达98.71%,净去除率为79.09%;经海芋处理5d后,NH3-N的去除率达99.21%,净去除率为71.85%。大薸和海芋对CODCr也有较好的去除效果。曝气条件下,大薸和海芋对CODCr的去除率分别达88.65%和82.98%;非曝气条件下,去除率分别达73.29%和73.30%。由此可见,大薸和海芋作为水体污染修复植物具有良好的应用前景。The removal effects of ammonia-nitrogen (NH3-N) and chemical oxygen demand (CODe,) in the pond water by Pistia stratiotes and Alocasia macrorrhiza were studied. The results indicated that both pistia stratiotes and alocasia macrorrhiza could remove NH3-N effectively. After 3-day treatment under aeration condition, the removal rates of NH3-N reached 99.19 % and 99.11% respectively, and the net removal rates reached 70.51% and 70.44 %, respectively. The removal rates of NH3-N without aeration also reached high level. After 4-day treatment by pistia stratiotes, the removal rate and net removal rate of NH3-N reached 98,71% and 79.09 % respectively. After 5-day treatment by alocasia macrorrhiza, the removal rate and net removal rate of NH3-N reached 99.21% and 71.85 % respectively. Both plants can also remove CODCr effectively. Under aeration condition, pistia stratiotes and alocasia macrorrhiza respectively removed 88.65 % and 82.98 % of CODCr. Without aeration, the removal rate reached 73.29 % and 73.30 % respectively. Thus it can be seen that pistia stratiotes and alocasia macrorrhiza have good application prospect as remediation plants for water pollution.
