β成核剂用于PPR管材专用料研究

摘　　要：研究了新型β晶型成核剂对无规共聚聚丙烯(PPR)管材专用料力学性能和熔融行为的影响。结果表明,β晶型成核剂的添加大幅提高了PPR管材专用料的Izod常温冲击强度和低温冲击强度,热变形温度也得到明显改善,材料的结晶形态由原来的α晶型转变为以β晶型为主。The influences of β crystalline form nucleating agent on mechanical properties and melt behavior of special material of PPR pipe were studied. The results show that Izod impact strength in normal temperature of special material of PPR pipe is largely enhanced after adding β crystalline form nucleating agent, Izod impact strength in low temperature and heat distortion temperature are improved obviously. The crystalline form of special material of PPR pipe is greatly changed from a crystalline form to β crystalline form.
