福州市土地集约利用模糊评价研究

摘　　要：城市土地集约利用,对于提高城市土地利用效率、实现耕地总量动态平衡和社会经济可持续发展有着重大而深远的意义;宏观上建立了城市土地集约利用评价指标体系,运用模糊数学等方法,得出目前福州市城市土地利用仍处于适宜利用水平,对集约利用的隶属度为0.34,未来城市土地集约利用有较大的提升空间,潜力主要包括存量建设用地和一定量的旧城改造潜力、土地置换潜力;今后必须适时实行"挖、储、供、管"等一揽子集约用地工程,制定并贯彻促进土地集约利用的政策和制度。Researches on the intensive use of urban land have a significant meaning on improving the efficiency of urban land use and achieving the dynamic balance of plantation, also in favor of the sustainable development. Take the Fuzhou city as a case, Macroscopically, set up the evaluation index system, adopting the method of Fuzzy mathematics to calculated the degree of membership of every land use grade, the results showed that the land use of Fuzhou city is belonged to suitable use grade, the degree of membership of intensive use is 0.37, there has much potential in intensive use of urban land in Fuzhou city, it included stock construction land, old-city rebuilding land substitution. Some intensive projects and measures must put into practice to promote the intensive use of urban land.
