摘　　要：长江上游生态核心区的生态环境建设在整个长江流域乃至全国都具有深远意义,新农村建设提供了环境与发展的有机结合的这样一个契机;新农村建设的新就应该体现在城市、农村和自然的和谐发展,代替经济增长导致生态环境恶化的旧的发展模式;从该区域生态环境的重要性出发,分析了该区域的特点,并提出了相应的新农村建设的思路。Eco-environmental construction in Upper-Yangtze River ecological core areas is very meaningful to the whole Yangtze River or to China. New countryside construction has provided such an opportunity to link environment and development, and then has the chance to realize the harmonious development among cities, the countryside and nature and abandons the old development model that makes ecoenvironment deterioration. The paper provides a corresponding suggestion of new countryside construction based on the analysis the important and characters of the region.
