网络环境下高校图书馆的用户需求特点与服务模式

摘　　要：本文在对网络环境下高校图书馆的信息资源和用户需求现状进行分析的基础上,指出目前用户需求的特点。并根据用户需求特点提出了高校图书馆的初级信息服务模式,包括OPAC查询、参考咨询服务、网络数据库的检索、公告板(bulletin board)服务和新型信息服务模式,包括需求带动服务模式、集成化服务模式、知识服务模式、个性化服务模式和用户自助服务模式,并对此进行了阐述。Based on the analysis of the information resources and users＇ requirement eondition of the university libraries with the net environment, this paper pointd out the characteristics of the eta＇rent users＇ requirement. According to the eharac - tefisfies of the users＇ requirement, the paper proposed and elaborated the junior services modelof the university libraries, in - eluding OPAC inquiries, reference service, network database retrieval, bulletin board service, and a new informationserviee model, which inclhded demand - driven service model, integrated service model, knowledge service model, personalized service model and user self- service mode.
