摘　　要：网络基础和现代通信技术的运用是构建区域图书馆的必然要求。本文分析区域图书馆必须具备的网络架构、管理模式、技术手段和发展趋势,指出区域图书馆的网络建设从更高层次上体现了图书馆长久以来"一切为了读者"的服务宗旨。Network infrastructure and the use of modem communication technology is constructing an inevitable requirement of the regional library. Tiffs paper analyzed that regional library should have the network infrastructure, management model, technology and development trends, pointed out that the regional library network building from a higher level of the library has long been a principle of ＂doing everything for the reader＂.
