摘　　要：自2000年以来,有关图书馆隐性知识方面的论文约96篇,本文从其概念与特点、内容与结构、转化与共享、开发与管理四方面进行评述,并指出有待提高的问题。Sine 2000, there have been 96 articles about tacit knowledge. These article discusses from the concept and features, connotation and types, transformation and sharing, development and rrkanagement, and pointed some problems that need to be solved.
