摘　　要：本文主要通过分析电子商务涉及的法律、信用、物流、观念等问题,在借鉴国外电子商务运行成功模式的基础上,从深层次探究我国电子商务运行障碍的成因。针对运行障碍和原因,试图从宏观和微观两个层次上,提出电子商务有效运行对策,目的在于完善企业电子商务运行平台,引导我国电子商务顺畅的运行和发展。The thesis, by analyzing electronic business laws, credits, concepts and introducing electronic business from succesfully operated patterns abroad, discussed on the causes of obstacles in our electronic business deeply. In the light of the obstracles and causes, this thesis tried to put forward a series of efficient solutions in regards to our electronic business. The aim of the article is to improve and perfect the operation of electronic business and lead our electronic business to operate and increase in a perfect way.
