摘 要:为提高丝绸用酸性染料和直接染料染色的上染率与皂洗牢度,对丝绸进行接枝阳离子改性处理。研究改性阳离子丝绸用酸性染料和直接染料染色的染色性能变化,结果表明采用阳离子接枝方法可以在无盐染色条件下大幅度提高丝绸染色的上染率及皂洗牢度,其中:耐晒果绿BLL对改性阳离子丝绸的上染率达到99.59%,直接耐酸大红4BS的上染率达到99.87%,直接草黄R的上染率为99.83%,直接深褐M的上染率为99.88%。各种染料上染改性阳离子丝绸后的皂洗牢度都达到5级,上染速度也非常迅速,为2~8min。研究结果证明丝绸接枝阳离子改性是提高丝绸上染率和皂洗牢度的有效方法。In order to increase the dyeing rate and washing fastness of direct dye on dyeing of silk, the silk fabric was grafted with cation compound, and the dyeing property of grafted silk fabric with direct dye was investigated in this paper. The result showed that the dyeing rate and wash fastness of grafted silk could be increased greatly under no-salt condition. The dyeing rate of direct green(6), direct red(23), direct yellow(1) and direct brown(2) on grafted silk could reach to 99. 59%, 99.87%, 99. 83% ,and 99.88%, respectively. The wash fastness of all of the direct dyes tested reached to 5 degree. The dyeing process of grafted silk was very rapid, and it could be finished in 2~8 min. These results suggested that the technique that silk fabric is grafted with cation compound is an effictive and potential method to increase rate of dyeing and wash fastness.
