新型烘茧设备的研究方向及现行烘茧设备的改进建议

摘　　要：概述了国家对烘茧设备类型和污染物排放的环保要求及标准,依据提高蚕茧品质和蚕茧生产规模化发展的需求,指出烘茧设备的研制应向大型化、机械化、一机多用高效率及环保的方向发展,并且烘茧温区分布应符合烘茧工艺温度变化要求。针对目前生产上应用的自动循环热风烘茧机、推进式烘茧设备、微波烘茧设备存在的问题提出了改进建议。In this paper, we outlined the cocoon drying equipment types and discharged pollutants approved by national standard for the environmental protection. To meet the demand of high cocoon quality and large scale of production, the new cocoon drying equipments should be large scale, mechanization, high efficiency, multifunction, and environment friendly. Moreover, its distribution of the temperature field should meet the change of requirement of cocoon drying technology. Meanwhile, we analyzed the shortcomings existed in the current types of cocoon drying equipment, and proposed the improve methods.
