犀角地黄汤化裁方治疗五步蛇毒致血分证兔模型的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察犀角地黄汤化裁方对五步蛇毒致血分证兔模型的疗效。方法新西兰兔24只,随机分为4组,除生理组注射生理盐水外,均以五步蛇毒造模。血清组:从耳沿静脉注射抗五步蛇毒血清;中药血清组:从耳沿静脉注射抗五步蛇毒血清,以犀角地黄汤化裁方灌胃;生理组、病理组:以等量生理盐水灌胃。24 h后测定其PLT、TT、PT、APTT、FIG、3P试验,并进行比较。结果病理组、血清组、中药血清组与生理组对比均有显著性差异(P<0.01);血清组、中药血清组与病理组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);中药血清组与血清组比较亦有显著性差异(P<0.05)。3P试验:病理组为阳性,其余各组均为阴性。结论犀角地黄汤化裁方配合抗五步蛇毒血清能抑制五步蛇毒引起的TT、PT、APTT的延长和PLT、FIB的减少,对蛇伤引起的凝血障碍有防治作用。Objective To observe the effects of Xijiao Dihuang Tang Huacai Fang on treating Blood-phase Syndrome of Rabbits caused by Agkistrodon acutus. Methods 24 rabbits were divided randomly into four groups,all accepted injecting with Agkistrodon acutus poison except the physiological group,which were injected with normal saline. The antivenin group were in- jected with Agkistrodon acutus Antivenin, the treatment group were treated with Xijiao Dihuang Tang Huacai Fang and Agkistrodon acutus Antivenin, the pathological group and the physiological group were treated by equal normal saline. PLT, TT, PT, APTT, FIG and 3P test were tested after 24 h. To compare the data between four groups. Results PLT,TT,PT, APTT,FIG of four groups were significant difference （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. The data of the treatment group was the best. 3P test of the pathological group was positive, the test of the other groups were negative. Conclusion Treatment on snakebite with Xijiao Dihuang Tang Huacai Fang and Agkistrodon acutus Antivenin could prevent and treat blood coagulation disorders caused by Agkistrodon acutus poison.
