摘　　要：2000年7月香港报业评议会(Hong Kong Press Council)正式成立,成为香港首个接受公众对报章投诉的团体。经过六年多的运作,其建立在争取有限度豁免诽谤权基础上的运作理念已渐趋完善,对其运作机制进行研究,可以我国相关机构的建立完善起到一定的借鉴作用。In July 2007, Hong Kong Press Council was set up, and became the first organization accepting the public＇s claims on the press. Having the six years＇ operation, the council has much better operating ideas with the struggling for the limited exemption from slander, which improves the establishment of the concerned organization in our country with the council＇s mechanism.
