摘  要:针对宝钢1220五机架冷连轧机薄窄料轧制过程中末机架易出现的工作辊之间辊端压靠及工作辊与支承辊之间的有害接触问题,在研究了负载辊缝与板形关系的基础上,以控制压靠影响与消除辊间有害接触区与提高弯辊对板形的控制能力为目标,提出一套适合宝钢1220五机架冷连轧机薄窄料轧制过程末机架的辊型设计数学模型,给出了相应的辊型改造方案,并通过现场对比试验验证了辊型改造的效果.To counter rolling thin and narrow slab liable to occurrence harmful contract problem which occur in between working roll as well as between working roll and back-up roll of Bao Steel 1220 the last frame of five stand cold tandem mill, on the base of reaching the relationship between loaded roll gap and the shape of strip, to be aimed at controlling the contract influence and relieving the harmful contract zone and increasing the control capability of blend roll for shape, present a complete set of rolling form design mathematic model that fit for Bao Steel 1220 the last frame of five stand cold tandem mil, providing corresponding the reformed scheme for roll shape, and by means of comparison test that proved the effectiveness of roll shape reformation.
