摘　　要：针对转炉氧枪传动设备现有的防坠落装置存在的问题,分析了其结构形式特点和失效原因,提出一种全新型防坠落装置。从结构原理、特点、自锁条件、可靠性、合理性、加工、安装工艺性和制动后的拆卸性能等方面进行了较详细论述。Against the existing problems of preventing downfall braking device of converter oxygen lance, the structural style characteristic and the reasons for failure are analyzed, and then a new kind of preventing downfall braking device is brought forward. In the article, the structure principle, the characteristic, the self-locking condition, the reliability, the rationality, the processing, installed technological and the removability performance after brake and so on are discussed in detailed.
