摘 要:针对板坯连铸机振动导向弹簧板在浇铸生产过程中频繁发生断裂的现象,以有限元数值仿真技术为手段,通过仿真结果的分析对比发现导向弹簧板的整体受力异常,且这种载荷异常与弹簧板的本体结构、安装布置形式以及工作环境影响均存在直接关联。针对于此,提出一种缓解弹簧板频繁断裂的具体措施以降低弹簧板的异常断裂概率。该改进措施通过现场实施发现能有效遏制了弹簧板的断裂事故发生概率,在生产现场获得了良好的使用效果,这为同类导向弹簧板的使用安全稳定性提供了良好的技术参考。Because of the high frequency of plate springs' abnormal rupture in slab continuous caster, the FEA method has been used to analysis the stress distribution of it . Depending on the FEA results, the causation of broken has been found, which relate to the load fluctuation ,the structure of plate springs and the installation structure directly. Then, a very effective measures to improve the plate springs' service life has been raised and has been implemented successfully. By the site observations, the plate springs' broken has been control effectively and good used effect. The measure has given a good reference to the safe use of the similar guiding plate springs.
