密封干藏对东北刺人参种子催芽效果的影响

摘　　要：利用变温层积法对当年采集和密封干藏3年的东北刺人参种子进行7个月的催芽处理.结果表明,密封干藏3年的东北刺人参种子裂口率为25.1%,裂口种子发芽率为44.1%,总发芽率为11.1%;当年采收的东北刺人参种子裂口率为13.6%,裂口种子发芽率为16.9%,总发芽率为2.3%.密封干藏3年的东北刺人参种子催芽效果明显好于采收当年的种子.即密封干藏一定时间有助于解除东北刺人参种子休眠.Accelearted gamination trial by warm-cold stratification of Oplopanax elatus seeds was conducted for 7 months, the seeds came from dried airproof for 3 years and collected in the same year with the trial. The results showed that the fomer was 25. 1% of chink rate, 44.1% of germination rate and 11.1% of the total germination rate; the latter was 13.6% of chink rate, 16.9% of germination rate and 2.3% of total germination rate. The fomer is better than the latter obviously. The treatment by dried airproofin certain time is helpful to break the seed dormancy.
