摘　　要：利用2006年安徽省阜阳市农村外出务工劳动力的抽样调查资料,采用Logistic回归模型,从性别视角对欠发达地区农村外出务工劳动力收入的影响因素进行了实证分析。得出主要结论如下:欠发达地区农村外出务工劳动力收入存在性别差异,男性更易获得高收入;年龄是影响男性农村外出务工劳动者收入的重要因素,但对女性农村外出务工劳动者收入的影响并不显著;性别会影响农村外出务工劳动力进入行业的选择。Based on the survey data about migrant workers from Fuyang, Anhui in 2006, this paper uses the Logistic regression model to analyze the factors influencing the income level of migrant workers from underdeveloped rural areas from the perspective of gender. The results show that the incomes of migrant workers from underdeveloped rural areas vary with different gender, and the male are easier to acquire higher in- comes;the age is an important factor influencing the income level of the male,but it has not significant effect on that of the female;the gender factor impacts the industry choice of migrant workers from underdeveloped rural areas.
