摘　　要：文章介绍了ISBN-13对出版物种类的规定、分配及其使用规则,分析了相关的出版物要素、出版物种类的变革与识别、图书馆注意事项等问题。The paper introduces the stipulation of ISBN-13 for the publication kind,its distribution and using rule,analyzes some questions about the publication essential factor,publication kind transformation and recognition,and matters needing attention for library management,etc.
