摘  要:目的:研究γ射线辐照对单采血小板活化及输注效果的影响。方法:单采血小板20袋分为对照组和辐照组,辐照组采用35Gyγ射线辐照。测定保存前及保存第1d、3d、5d时血小板活化标志物CD62P的表达。62例接受辐照和未辐照血小板输注的病例,检测其输注血小板前后活化血浆凝固时间(APCT)的变化。结果:保存前及保存第1d、3d、5d时CD62P的表达在对照组和辐照组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。输注血小板前后,患者APCT在对照组和辐照组之间比较亦无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:γ射线辐照对保存期内血小板活化及血小板输注效果均无明显影响。Objective To investigate the influence of irradiation on apheresis platelets activation and treatment efficacy. Methods Ten specimens of apheresis platelets were irradiated with γ-ray at the dose of 35Gy and ten specimens were not irradiated. Platelet activation marker CD62P was determined on the day before storage and after 1,3,5 days of storage. Activated plasma clotting time (APCT) was determined at 0,1 and 24h after platelet transfusion respectively in 30 patients receiving non - irradiated platelets and 32 patients receiving irradiated platelets. Results There were no significant differences between the expressions of CD62P of the irradiated and non-irradiated specimens on 0,1,3,5 days of storage (P〉0.05). The APCT in patients receiving irradiated or conirradiated platelets was not significantly different (P〉0.05). Conclusion Irradiation has not adverse in fluence on apheresis platelets activation and treatment efficacy.
