宁德师专女生体育人口现状的调查与分析

摘　　要：采用问卷调查、文献资料、数理统计等研究方法,对宁德师专女生体育人口现状进行调查分析.结果表明:宁德师专女生体育人口比例为10.9%;体育锻炼目的不明确,缺乏场地器材和指导,阻碍了女生参加体育活动;而锻炼频度较低、持续时间较短、强度不足,体育锻炼缺乏科学性,也是造成女生体育人口低下的主要原因之一.By means of questionnaire, documents and mathematic statstics, the current state of the female sports population in Ningde Teachers College is surveyed and analyzed. The findings show that the present female sports population of students in Ningde Teachers College accounts for 10.9%. Unclear purpose of physical exercise,and lack of fields and equipments and guidance hinder girl students from taking part in the physical acitivities. Also,low exercise frequency, short duration, insufficient intensity, and lack of science all lead to a low female sports population rate.
