摘　　要：采用阅档、访问等方法对宁德师专实验室管理及技术人员进行调研、统计及分析,对照本科教育对实验室人员配置及管理的标准和要求,找出差距,提出调整充实的措施与建议,为学校强化实验室人员队伍建设,提高其整体素质,实现"专升本"办学目标提供依据.By readingfile and interview, a survey is made among lab administrators and technicians. A statistics analysis is made by comparing them with the criteria and standards for the configuration management of lab staff for undergraduate education. Based on the gap found, some concrete measures and suggestions ate put forward for reinforcing the construction of the lab staff of Ningde Teachers＇College so as to improve their over - all quality and provide some basis for the realization of the target of transforming from higher vocational college
